LOOKS goal is to provide you with the best quality customer service. You should expect to receive your package via Priority mail service within 5-10 Business Days of receipt of your payment.

Business Days:

-  Order Processing: Monday - Saturday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

-  Order Shipping: Monday-Friday (see SHIPPING below for more detais)



Full and complete payment for products and services must be received before products are shipped or services are rendered. LOOKS currently offers PayPal™ as a payment option or credit card option on orders via email or over the phone.


OPTION 1 – order on this site and use PayPal to finalize your purchase.

OPTION 2 – order via Email and use your credit card.

OPTION 3 – order over the phone by calling 631-327-0810 and use your credit card.



As our business is located in New York, we are obligated to collect Sales Tax on all purchases originating from New York or paid for while using a New York billing address. At checkout, you will be asked to verify whether you are placing your order from within New York. In the event that you do not correctly verify this, you will still be charged sales tax. To avoid confusion, please be sure to correctly verify your location.



All placed orders must be cancelled within the first 24 hours. Any orders that are cancelled after it has been processed will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the total order.



LOOKS uses USPS only. We use priorty mail services for all orders unless otherwise requested.

Most orders are shopped the same day if received by 2:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday and except majo holidays). Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following Monday. If placed after 20 PM EST, your order will be shipped the following business day.

If your package is time-sensitive, please contact our Sales Department shop@looksny.com for more information prior to placing your order. LOOKS Cosmetics reserves the right to select the most appropriate shipping option based on other conditions specific to your order and shipping location (please note: USPS services only).

Packages sent via USPS Standard Shipping generally do not require a signature upon delivery but you may request it. If you decide not to, we are not responsible for theft at an address that you provide us with. Once your package is delivered, our responsibility for that package ends. We will be happy to replace damaged items but we cannot take responsibility for packages stolen at your address.

Free shipping of $99 or more

If there will be any delay in your order we will notify you via email.



If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your LOOKS cosmetics purchase, simply return your unopened, unused product, within 30 days of purchase, and we will be happy to credit your card for the full amount. Please fill out our online return form to receive a return authorization prior to sending back any merchandise. LOOKS will not be held liable for returns that are damaged, destroyed or lost on route back to us, so please select a secure shipping method for your returns. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. After receiving your return we carefully inspect our product for any signes of usage. If returned product was previously opened or used you will be charged restocking fee and receive only partial refund. If you would like to exchange product we are more than happy to accommodate your request.
