Do you offer refunds on any product?

If the product is new and never opened we do issue an exchange or full refund to your oryginal payment method within 30 days. If product was opened or used we do offer partial refunds. Partial means that we are charging a restocking fee and its value very by product. We are sorry, but we are unable to refund return shipping fees. Please, visit our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Are your products hypo-allergenic?

Yes, all LOOKS products are 100% hypo-allergenic.

Does LOOKS use animal testing in her products?

No, LOOKS does not conduct, nor condone any cosmetic testing on animals.

Does LOOKS Cosmetics offer a professional discount?

At this time do not offer any discounts to professional makeup artists.

Do you accept international orders?

We're sorry; at this time we are unable to ship internationally or accept credit cards issued by international banks. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can I cancel an order I have already confirmed?

If you would like to cancel an order you have already placed, all orders must be cancelled within the first 24 hours. Any orders that are cancelled after it has been processed will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the total order.

My order came in damaged, what do I do?

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at 631-327-0810. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
